We deliver across the UAE, processing orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

  • Standard Delivery (2-3 days): Free for orders above AED 250, otherwise AED 30
  • Express Delivery (1-2 days): Extra charge applies.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available in Dubai & Abu Dhabi for orders placed before 12:00 PM.
  • Order Tracking: Sent via email/SMS.
  • Delivery Conditions: Ensure a correct address and recipient availability; failed deliveries may incur extra fees.
  • Damaged/Incorrect Items: Report within 24 hours with order details/photos.
  • Cancellations/Changes: Allowed within 1 hour of order placement.
